He offered and made helpful suggestions on different options for me to take in buying the vehicle. He and his managers worked so well with me by making me an offer I could not refuse. Dale has also gone that extra mile to do a followup call days after my purchase to see how I am doing with the vehicle. He has extended himself over and beyond to make me a happy and satisfied customer. In addition, I found the employees to be friendly and very helpful. The building is extremely clean -- the main lobby, the waiting service area and even down to the restroom. I find that important because Lexus of Edison took all of this into consideration to keep their customers comfortable. More

He patiently showed me the inventory and explained the Pros and Cons of the two vehicles which I have in my mind (Lexus vs. another car). He was honest and really looked out for my needs. I left very impressed with his professionalism, although I didn’t have a decision during my first visit. Kamal followed up with a call in two days and asked me about my car shopping experience. He obviously wanted my business but wasn’t pushy at all with our conversation. I was very happy with his thoughtfulness so decide to come in for a test drive. Kamal (and finance manager Daniel Mercado) made the process super easy and headache free. I would highly recommend him/Lexus of Edison to anyone looking for a new Lexus. More
