Tremendous experience I just bought a ES 350 and got a wonderful deal. Went to their Internet site and made research on the Car that I wanted. Met with Dale Johnson who was I just bought a ES 350 and got a wonderful deal. Went to their Internet site and made research on the Car that I wanted. Met with Dale Johnson who was of tremendous help to test drive the ES 350 that I was looking for. He was rather calm and collected when I picked up speed and raised a few miles above. However, a couple months prior I visited the dealership and was introduced to an extremely rude and egotistical salesman who seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help me. I was in the market for a used car and was extremely interested in one on their lot. You would have thought I had the plague the way that Dale Johnson responded to me when I attempted to negotiate a price that I saw fit for the car that I was interested in. He essentially laughed me out of the dealership and was in no way accommodating at all. After two months of searching, the dealership lowered the price of the car I wanted below what I originally offered them. Had Dale not been so rude, the dealership would have gotten more money for the car, but unfortunately for Lexus of Edison, they lost out on that money because one of their salesman wasn't willing to even talk about the price. I then decided to go back and purchase the vehicle, from a different salesman of course. Upon my arrival for the second time, I had an extremely friendly greeting from the receptionist, I believe her name was Portia. She then introduced me to Kamal. To say that my experience with Kamal was great would be an understatement, it was like night and day from my previous visit. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I briefly told Kamal about my prior experience and how I was almost completely turned off from the dealership as a whole because of one person. He apologized and did everything he could to make me feel welcomed and let me know that I was a valued customer, even if I was purchasing a used vehicle that wasn't a Lexus. Since purchasing my new/used vehicle, I have had nothing but great things to say about the dealership and even better things to say about Kamal. If you're in the market for a car, definitely go visit Kamal, he will make you feel right at home and give you his undivided attention. I will absolutely tell all my friends and family and anyone reading this to go to Lexus of Edison and visit Kamal, he'll be happy to help you and be patient with you through the buying process. Dale R. Johnson Earlier today, my wife and I went to Lexus of Edison and purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 ES 350. We had no intention of purchasing a car; we went with the idea of looking at the inventory. We spoke with Dale R Johnson who asked a few simple questions and offered to show us cars that Lexus of Edison had that met our minimum requirements. We immediately liked the first car we saw. When Dale Johnson showed us a second car, we were so impressed that we told him that we wanted to buy the car at their sale price. He provided a good price on the car, gave us a copy of the Carfax and gave us a reasonable price on the trade-in of our 2001 Lexus. All our dealings with the Dale and his associates were informative, helpful and stress-free. More

They had the best selection of pre-owned and new Lexus cars that I have seen anywhere else. If you want to save yourself time and lots of money, just visit them. From the time I walked into the dealership and meet with Mohamed Eldessouky (Sales and Leasing Consultant), till the day I picked up my car, this has been the best car buying experience I ever had. Mohamed did not play any games and took the time to show me a few cars I that I saw on their internet site. I took several test drives till I found the car that was best for me. Mohamed is the most knowledgeable and polite sales consultant you would want to meet. He was very friendly and professional. He did not pressure me into anything I did not want. He treated me with the utmost respect. He made me feel like family. When I picked up the car, Mohamed had most of the paperwork ready to sign. I went to see the financial service manager, Daniel Mercado, he did not pressure me one bit and had be out of his office after signing all the docs in 10 min. Dan answered all my financial questions and explained, in detail, all my buying options. At delivery, Mohamed took the time to show me every switch and button, he even set up my Bluetooth phone with the car. Before you buy your next new Lexus or any other pre-owned car, call Mohamed and I'm sure he will give you the best deal and experience you had ever gotten from any other dealer.
