After agreeing on the purchase price of the vehicle and completing the necessary paperwork associated with the purchase, I had to wait for over 2 hours to meet with someone else to go over the paperwork again. Knowing I was a little peeved at the length of the delay, he was able to complete that step in less than ten minutes. I was not provided with any good reason for why I had to wait so long for that step of the process. That situation needs to be improved. I also had some difficulty with trying to leave a phone message. Whether dialing a direct extension or being forwarded by the operator, I would get caught up in a loop message that kept repeating and not allowing me to leave a message. Very frustrating. Two minor issues that can be improved on an otherwise good operation. One other item with bad/good aspects to it. After getting the vehicle I had a problem that I was assured was checked out and okay. But after advising of the same repeated problem, they promptly took care of it. I have always maintained that problems are inevitable, but how the problems are handled is the key. In this respect they did a great job. More

We were very lucky to have a chance to meet Nick Peresunko who is a great sales consultant and a good guy in general. Nick put his accents on all principal points, explained us what is important at the time of buying a car and what can wait. We took a great car with a good financing plan! Extremely Dissatisfied I bought a used 2004 Honda CRV in March, just a few months ago. It had about 160k miles on it - I wasn't looking for a long term car, just something t I bought a used 2004 Honda CRV in March, just a few months ago. It had about 160k miles on it - I wasn't looking for a long term car, just something to get me through my last year in college. The employee assured me that the dealership took care of everything for my car so that when I left the lot there was nothing I had to do, they took care of registration and my new license plates which seemed great. However, I was under the assumption that there was nothing I had to do, until I got stopped by a police officer in July and received a ticket for not having my car inspected. Yes, it was my fault for not noticing I didn't have the inspection sticker, but it wasn't something that was on my mind since I was so sure that everything was taken care of. Brought my car into a garage and was told that I need to replace the catalytic converter: a mere $1,500. Long story short, I was never told that my used car either didn't go through inspection, or that it didn't pass inspection. I now am paying $2000 because my car needs to pass inspection. Thank you Lexus of Edison for lying to me and stealing my money. More

Good deal made I've been searching on the internet for a used Acura tsx since last week, and I found this 2011 Acura of Lexus of Edison from Cars.com: clean Carfax, I've been searching on the internet for a used Acura tsx since last week, and I found this 2011 Acura of Lexus of Edison from Cars.com: clean Carfax, nice shape and the price looks promising at least. I can confidently say this is the best one among tens of cars I've been tracking. I test-drove several cars that day before I finally decided to go to Lexus of Edison. The price is a little out of my budget, but as better car deserve better price, I planned to go there to try my luck. I didn't contact them till the last minute. The internet sales Mary answered my call and helped me schedule the test drive. This dealership has a big hall with clean floor and waiting area, looks better than the other ones I had visited before. After I arrived there, I waited for 5 or 8 mins before the receptionist assigned me to Hassan, one of the dealers. He helped me test drive this car. To fully test the car, I made several really bold steps: hit the gas pedal to the end to test its acceleration/high speed performance, also a hard brake to test the brake, open the windows at >60 mph to hear the sound from the engine. But Hassan seemed OK with this, which a professional dealer should do. (According to my own and my friend's experience at other dealerships, usually they'll play bad face on you or keep asking you to get off highway when you test drive like this.) After the test drive began the bargain. In the beginning we had a $1600 gap and that 15 mins or so was a hard time for both of us. Then I went up a little bit, and the general manager came and they went down a bit, and that was the deal. I made an inspection at some local mechanics while Hassan waited there, and the final report was all right. So I took the car that day. One thing that I'm not quite satisfied is the low efficiency of this dealership. After the deal, they let me wait for 3 hours to do all the paperworks before finally driving the car away, which I think is comparatively too long. But anyway I'm happy to make the deal at a fair price. I really appreciate the dealer Hassan's patience and help toward making the deal. He was really helpful. More
