I told Steven of the price and option I prefered on the new Lexus I like; and Steven was very helpful; he offered the test drive to make sure I get the actual feel on the car I want. I have already fall in love with the car after the test drive, and I decided to buy it. But I am a very hard headed person; I would only take the car with the exact color and options I wanted, no more and no less. Steven had been very patient with me and he worked very hard to find the exact car that met my criteria of options and price in their inventory. After all the process; I met with Daniel Mercado, the financial service manager; he professionally explained all other options and protections I could purchase with the car. He was very nice and friendly with me even though I didn't add on anything more besides the option I wanted. The whole process was very smooth and pleasant, I drove away with my new Lexus the same day. Their after sales follow up's are great; very convenience online for servicing appointment; free car wash...etc. My overall experence with Lexus of Edision is excellent; I definitely will go back to this dealer for my next Lexus!
