I purchased my first Lexus from Tri County Lexus and the experience was not good. Since then I have relied on the service from Bridgewater and they were great. As with any car purchase there is a matter of negotiation and David was willing to work with me on my trade in value to get the car I wanted. He was extremely thorough and patient and will recommend his services. In addition the finance dept was very thorough in explaining that end of the transaction. Thanks David! More

I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership back around September/2007 and did not enjoy that experience. Reluctantly I visited this dealership again (in fear of a repeat experience) just to co back around September/2007 and did not enjoy that experience. To my surprise I was pleasantly greeted by a sales associate (Nick) who took time to listen and understand what I was looking for and explained to me features and highlights of the car. The interaction between myself and he sales associate (Nick) was comforting vs. the pushiness and awkwardness I felt during my 1st visit back in September/2007. This was the best car-buying experience I have had to date, as evidence by me taking time to write this review. Nick was a joy to do business with and as a result I would HIGHLY recommend him to any of my friends/relatives who are in search of buying a car. More

I was in the market for a certified 2010 Lexus IS 350C.I've been scouring the internet for a suitable one since last October unsuccessfully until one popped up the 3rd week of January this year at Le 350C.I've been scouring the internet for a suitable one since last October unsuccessfully until one popped up the 3rd week of January this year at Lexus of Edison in New Jersey.So on Wed. January 30th(my birthday) I decided to do a web inquiry.Nick Peresunko called me right away.I explained to him that I live on Long Island,NY and that I'm very interested in the car but that I can't travel back and forth to his dealership due to the distance and those expensive tolls.I also didn't want to play games or get a runaround.Nick was very straightforward and professional.Nick personally went and inspected the car and emailed me photos of the only minor blemish that was on the car.We were able to negotiate a price on the IS 350C and on my trade-in all by phone and email.Now, I do wish I had gotten a little bit more for my trade-in, but it's all good.On Sat. February 2nd I went into the dealership for the first time, where all my paperwork was already waiting for me.I was able to personally inspect and test drive the car.Everything Nick said about the car was on the money.Nick then brought me in to sit with Danny Mercado(finance).Danny was also straightforward and very professional,no B.S.,just the way I like it.He did not try to talk me into things that I did not need.We were able to complete everything on my one and only visit.The car is now secured in my garage.Nice birthday gift to myself!!! The car buying experience can often times be tedious, frustrating and disappointing, with 'last minute' changes or fees added in i.e. glass etching. Bob knew exactly what we were looking for, not only with regard to the vehicle we wanted, but with regard to the 'car buying experience' we expect and demand- honest, fast, easy, 'in and out' to pick up our car, paperwork ready when we arrive). Having completed everything he could in advance, Bob was completely prepared when we arrived, ensuring that we completed all of the necessary paperwork/details quickly so we could spend more time enjoying our new Lexus. After showing us our new vehicle, Bob took the time to take us through (step by step) all of the interior features and even helped by programming our Bluetooth so we could use it on the drive home.
