This was the first time ever I have purchased a car thru online, so why I was so nervous. I talked to Nick on phone. Went in to buy a Lexus CT base. Salesman clearly wasn't interested. Didn't ask me my name, didn't tell me his. Unfortunately he didn't have any for me to even test drive much less buy. Some point he said I should look into buying a Prius... He wasn't rude and certainly did try to find one, but I guess they just don't care about this segment of the market. It's also telling of Lexus itself that they make so few of these that you have to pay over msrp to get one. Decided not to buy one at all. More
