Went in to buy a Lexus CT base. Salesman clearly wasn't interested. Didn't ask me my name, didn't tell me his. Unfortunately he didn't have any for me to even test drive much less buy. Some point he said I should look into buying a Prius... He wasn't rude and certainly did try to find one, but I guess they just don't care about this segment of the market. It's also telling of Lexus itself that they make so few of these that you have to pay over msrp to get one. Decided not to buy one at all. More

Two days ago I bought a new RX350-very pleasant experience w/ sales dept.: 1. they e-mailed me very competitive price (other dealers e-mailed xx like "come in, and we will get you the best deal" experience w/ sales dept.: 1. they e-mailed me very competitive price (other dealers e-mailed xx like "come in, and we will get you the best deal", and would not even commit to a price range over the phone). 2. they gave me decent trade-in money for my vehicle. 3. Neither salesman Matt Stein or financial manager Tom Pasquale tried to "push" me to buy additional "protection/etc.". Over all, very pleasant buying experience at Edison Lexus-highly, highly recommended. Ask for Matt Stein-he was a real pleasure to deal with (and I had other sales people to compare him to..) I am writing this review today while waiting at the dealership -they are installing a remote start on my RX. I am sure it will be done right. More

On Jan 9, 2012 I went Edison Lexus to look at a 2004 Lexus ES330 that I had seen online. After test driving the vehicle I decided to purchase the vehicle cash. The transaction went pretty smoothe. I paid for the car in full and drove away with the vehicle the same day. After receiving half a dozen thank you for your purchase and we want to provide you with excellent service emails. I was confident that my choice to buy from a supposed reputable Lexus dealer was a good one. On February 2, 2012 my ES330 suddenly starting making a loud noise which seem to be coming from the engine and the car started losing power. In a panic a called Edison Lexus and spoke to the salesman Steven that had sold me the vehicle. Steven told me that he was sorry to hear that but there was nothing Edison Lexus could do for me. His only suggestion was to take it to a local dealer and get it fixed. Since it has only been 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle for Edison Lexus I was dismayed and disappointed by the lack of care, concern or customer service. Basically I got a too bad so sad speech. Since I didnt purchase one of their over priced extended warranties. They couldnt care less. They had my money and I have a 3 week old car purchase with a MAJOR repair issue. More

He exuded confidence and knowledge, as well as patience that I have never encountered when dealing with a car salesman before, and that is extremely refreshing! Lexus should be very proud of having an employee like Joseph with an attitude and work ethic such as his.
