Zero star should be an option. 2 days of terribly rude service I wait nearly an hour so I left. Management didnt do much. 1st day I went I was told I couldnt open the vehicles on the show room floor, 5 service I wait nearly an hour so I left. I guess they looked at me and thought I was a latino joke (Jokes on them I'm a government employee). And I was a serious buyer. The 2nd time I returned manish made me wait while he ran off with another customer, making me wait nearly an hour at his desk. No refreshments and zero attentiveness from anyone. I'm so disgusted that I'm not at all interested I'm Lexus cars anymore period. More

Very happy with the dealership, especially our sales associate Samuel. Found our vehicle on Autotrader, sent an email to the dealer on Sunday afternoon, had an email response by 9:00 AM Monday, a call associate Samuel. Found our vehicle on Autotrader, sent an email to the dealer on Sunday afternoon, had an email response by 9:00 AM Monday, a call at 10:00, deal with easy negotiates by Tuesday afternoon. We picked our Lexus Certified SUV up on Thursday at 1:00. Cleaned up and Sam gave us a thorough overview of all the features. Paid a fair price for the SUV. Had to wait longer than expected once we arrived Thursday, but overall we are very happy with the sales/dealership experience and our SUV. More
