I walked in and asked for Mr. Puneet Kapoor (my friend recommended him) and in almost 3 hours I was out with a brand new car. Mr.Kapoor explained all the features of the various models, my financing options, delivery etc. and answered all my questions very patiently. He made sure I understood and agreed woith whatever was happening with paperwork that I had to sign and never rushed me like other sales folk usually do. Since it was getting late he assured me that it would be OK for me to call someone to help with driving the other car to the destination as I was alone. I have bought quite a few cars previously, but never had it easy and never got to take my new car the same day....I am very thankful to this dealership for making it so easy for me. I strongly recommend this establishment for its prices, service and excellent quality and kudos to Mr. Kapoor for putting it all together for me!!!! More
