I have been wanting to purchase a Lexus SUV since i can remember but due to financial reasons i wasn't able to. Thanks to LEXUS OF EDISON today i have my dream SUV, the Lexus RX350. The overall buying experience was perfect due to their professionalism. The minute we walked in they made us feel like we were VIP. Joseph Giaconia (Sales Consultant)and Jason Hiraiwa (Financial Service Manager) were both wonderful people. Their friendliness, courteousness and sense of humor made this whole buying ordeal fun and easy. We felt very comfortable and well appreciated. Their commitment to the customers is beyond words. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process. I live quite far from this dealership, so I had to leave my old car (that i did not trade in) there after I took delivery of the new car. I was trying to figure out how i was going to get back up there when Dale offered to pick me up from the train station the following day so I could bring my old car home. The deal was already done, but he still wanted my experience with his dealership to be nothing short of perfect. True to his word he was there to pick me up.
