My SC400 started to run smoothly and look better. Almost fully restored. Our other Lexuses are well maintained and very reliable cars. In fact, our SC is recent and ongoing project until it’s fully restored and Vener is there helping us along the way. If you need an excellent Service Advisor, look for Vener. He’s very knowledgeable, reliable and very patient. He defines an excellent customer experience as we call it in Six Sigma. He’s the reason why we gave up Mercedes for Lexus a long time ago because he made us feel comfortable and really took care of us and our cars all this years. I hope Fremont Lexus takes care of him despite all the changes happening in that dealership. More
