The promised service time of 2 hours was fair enough, lexus sent me a message after that 2hours promised time, but after that it takes another hour for the service department to response to get the car r lexus sent me a message after that 2hours promised time, but after that it takes another hour for the service department to response to get the car ready in front, which is supposed to be ready by the time I received the message saying tha car is ready to pickup and after sighning the cashier. I have pre paid maitenance so $0 to pay. Definitely not satisfied with the service. More
