I will not give 5star review to this dealership as l had very bad experience with sales team who are not very professional and a finance Manager who is rude and abrupt .I was treated very poorly what is say very bad experience with sales team who are not very professional and a finance Manager who is rude and abrupt .I was treated very poorly what is says is not what it is with my experience they told me they will give carfax report ,l did not receive the credit card key and the features that was posted on the vehicle they kept on changing price and not only that car had big paint scratches and they touched it up not done by professional person in the body shop sales person said oh it is ok it happens .l as customer did not receive what l was supposed too and with so much tense l still purchased the vehicle .What they say is not what it is .l will look at other Lexus dealership before going to Fremont location. Dealership has changed so much that the mgmt team still haven’t reach out to me for my car paint issues.
