I am extremely thankful and grateful for Fredy’s time and assistance. Fredy was very patient and attentive, and truly is an excellent asset to Lexus of Fremont. I highly recommend Fredy to everyone. Harrison also did an amazing job in providing me with specific information and instructions for general operations of the Lexus GX550. The in-person tutorial session was extremely helpful and beneficial. After the session, I was able to drive a big SUV with ease. Both Fredy and Harrison are truly above and beyond the 5 STARS!!!!
