I give one star is because the pool car service. There are two points: 1. When I bought the car the sales tried to sell me the car and service package. Said whenever you do car service in future There are two points: 1. When I bought the car the sales tried to sell me the car and service package. Said whenever you do car service in future you just need to drop-off the car to our service department then we will rent you an at least same level car for your convenience. But I never got a loaner car in 4 times car services so far. I always be told the loaner car are rent out or your service is very quick, you just need to wait a little... But I need to wait 3 to 5 hours each time. They provide WiFi. It's good. But they don't has power outlet to let me work long time use my laptop computer. I have another brand vehicle. Their dealer always rent me a loaner car for every 5000 miles service. Some time they even rent me higher end vehicle if they don't have same level. 2. They can't give me the answer or solution for technical questions on my car. The knowledge of their technicians (couple technicians tried to help me) are so pool. End up I figured out all the question or problems after used my car one year later. Below are the questions on my ES300h had. If someone has same question I can help. ^_^ Q1: The USB stick (for MP3 musics) can't be recognized when you plug-in after the car has started. You have to restart the the car then the USB stick can be recognized (the USB stick icon will ON). Q2: When passengers change seat while driving. They need de-fasten seat belt --> move the seat --> refasten seat belt after moved. But the seat belt alarm will keep on until you stop the car at load side. More
Called ahead inquiring about a Lexus IS-F several months ago, went inside and saw 5-6 salespeople standing around and not one of them approached me until I wave one over. Guy with a knee brace, never got h ago, went inside and saw 5-6 salespeople standing around and not one of them approached me until I wave one over. Guy with a knee brace, never got his name. I asked him "Do you have the used IS-F here on this lot?" "No, those aren't available yet." "No, I'm not talking about the latest generation, I'm referring to the '2IS' the second generation." He says no, and walks away before I show him the post. I call the dealer as I'm driving away and lo and behold- the guy on the phone says its available on the lot and can be test driven. I end up driving to a used car dealer in walnut creek and while theirs was more expensive, I was impressed by the car and the professionalism they showed me so now I'm the proud owner of a 2009 NGP IS-F. Hopefully I'll be able to review the service department over here, because sales isn't their specialty. More
Initially I would have rated this location 1 star, but because of Austin I’m rating it 4/5. My first two experiences was with two different sales rep and I was not happy with their service at all. I decid because of Austin I’m rating it 4/5. My first two experiences was with two different sales rep and I was not happy with their service at all. I decided to give Lexus another try and I’m glad I met Austin. If you are looking to purchase a car, I recommend working with Austin. More
I made an appointment via phone one day before visiting, but when I was at the building, they could not find my name. After a long waiting( only 4 people working at service department ~1.10pm but there were but when I was at the building, they could not find my name. After a long waiting( only 4 people working at service department ~1.10pm but there were about 10 cars waiting) finally got a chance talking to one guy, He said " waiting for the service when they are ready..... ", when I asked him one more question, That guy was very impatient . Then after ~40 mins waiting, finally talking to a lady ( she wore a mask so could not tell exactly who she was), she was absolutely a street fighter, it was a very unpleased conversation, I understands it might be a long day to her, but I believe she could handle it better, she could help me to understand more about the root cause of issues , instead of making me feel "it is my fault"..... I am a loyalty Lexus driver, this is my second Lexus car, actually thinking to trade-in another Lexus for a new one. Now, I changed my mind. The service is not what I expected. Far away from BMW and other car dealers.... More
I emailed this "dealer" about a used Porsche that had all the options I was looking for, which is pretty rare to come by, I sent them an email and they asked if I was buying in state or out of state. I said the options I was looking for, which is pretty rare to come by, I sent them an email and they asked if I was buying in state or out of state. I said out of state and I'd fly down to pick the car up. They told me they DO NOT ACCEPT out of state sales for any reason. I cannot fathom why they post anything online if they aren't willing to work with 90% of their potential customers that they are ADVERTISING to. I was basically written off at this point. They refuse to fill out a couple forms to make a customer happy or to make a sale. They could even charge me for it and I'd just be happy they're helping although every dealership I have ever bought from out of state would be more than willing to do it for free because it doesn't cost them more than 20 minutes to make a sale. Last weekend, I made an appointment to go in to look at hybrid SUVs. I spoke with Jim. When I arrived, Jim greeted me at the door because maybe he was "next up"? When I introduced myself to him he had no i hybrid SUVs. I spoke with Jim. When I arrived, Jim greeted me at the door because maybe he was "next up"? When I introduced myself to him he had no idea why I was there. He said, "C'mon" and walked me to the front desk where it was noted that I had called to make an appointment, with Jim, but I had not been "set up". Jim was asked if he would "take me" and somewhat reluctantly he agreed. Did I say that no one apologized for the screw up?!?! After he completed a phone call and sent a text, we spoke a bit about what I was interested in and, again, he said, "C'mon, and led me to some SUVs outside. I looked at the SUV model that I liked best while Jim sent another next. After deciding to test drive an SUV, Jim completed the paperwork and, again, said, "C'mon." Never once did Jim call me by my name instead speaking to me as if I were a puppy with instructions to c'mon. Oh, did I say he was a bit distracted with his text messages?!?! Jim provided a good review of the driving instruments before I took off. I returned from my test drive and shared with Jim that I didn't like the weight of vehicle on the freeway. And in my head I knew that I didn't like the treatment I had received either. However, I thanked Jim for his time. Did I mention that Jim didn't walk me out nor wish me a good day or... wait for it... anything else? C'mon Jim! You can do better than this. More
We have been a Lexus customer for the past 8 years and bought two certified RX 350. The second one we bought around December 2018 included the prepaid maintenance service, and don't drive much, only about bought two certified RX 350. The second one we bought around December 2018 included the prepaid maintenance service, and don't drive much, only about 6k miles, due to Covid-19. The car failed to start last week and towed to the factory for service. Found out the battery dead plus two tires needs to replace and we should pay for all of this. Got horrible response when tried several times to reach the sale guy and customer support. We never expect this kind of bad experience with a famous brand like Lexus. More
