I bought Audi A4 2017 used car from Magnussen Lexus of Bad experience to buy used car from Magnussen Lexus, I paid money and get a car from driving 20 mins but big noise from car bottom, but NO hit of this Bad experience to buy used car from Magnussen Lexus, I paid money and get a car from driving 20 mins but big noise from car bottom, but NO hit of this car and then drive back to Lexus. Sales Rep Sonny cannot do anything and just help to take a part of belly pan and he will call me on Dec 3, 2018 to repair or change a new one. But no call from Sonny or the other people from Lexus so far. Finally, I drive this car to Lexus on Dec.3, 2019 and Sonny and Sales Manager - Mike Cartisano are not helpful. Mike ask me to drive a car to go and will call me when he order new belly pan but NO single call from Mike or Sonny after 3 days. Finally, I take Audi A4 to Audi - Fremont to fix this damage belly pan and paid around $400 and labour fee. I am very disappointed with Magnussen Lexus and no responsibilities after sold car, I will make a strong compliant to management of Magnussen Lexus for compensation of unexpected accident of this used car after inspection from Magnussen Lexus. More

I was very happy with the price and and trade-in value of my car. They were straight forward, knowledgeable and even offer to trade anywhere to get the exact model I wanted. The Internet coordinator, Jenny Haskell, even answered my email past 10pm to arrange for my appointment the next day. Danny in Finance was also very good in explaining the paperwork. Great teamwork! Great experience. Excellent customer service. My 3rd car purchase at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. Why did I come the 2nd and 3rd time? The #1 reason why I keep coming back is because of Amara R My 3rd car purchase at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont. Why did I come the 2nd and 3rd time? The #1 reason why I keep coming back is because of Amara Ragchaa. She made my experiences very enjoyable and pleasant every time I come. She is very educated on all car models. She's very friendly and patient to work with. The 3rd car purchase was for my daughter; she wanted the IS300 ultra white with black interior. Lexus of Fremont didn't have it in stock. Amara went to ask her manager and he said they can deliver the car for us to come pick up in 3 days...she then went back to ask her boss again and they were able to get us the car delivered the next day (on a Sunday so we don't have to put up w/ bad traffic on the weekdays)! That was super amazing! She also gave us a great deal on our purchase. Amara is super friendly, she has the skills to connect with her customer, not only at a professional level, but at a personal level as well. She goes above and beyond to accommodate to her customers so that they are happy. I would highly recommend folks to come see Amara Ragchaa when they come to Magnussen Lexus of Fremont! More
