She's very friendly and patient to work with. The 3rd car purchase was for my daughter; she wanted the IS300 ultra white with black interior. Lexus of Fremont didn't have it in stock. Amara went to ask her manager and he said they can deliver the car for us to come pick up in 3 days...she then went back to ask her boss again and they were able to get us the car delivered the next day (on a Sunday so we don't have to put up w/ bad traffic on the weekdays)! That was super amazing! She also gave us a great deal on our purchase. Amara is super friendly, she has the skills to connect with her customer, not only at a professional level, but at a personal level as well.
