Recently I was in the market for a Lexus and after researching and shopping around I ended up at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont because they were a cut above the rest. They were respectful, straightforward and honest. Jennifer H. was my main point of contact and she helped me obtain the exact vehicle I wanted and provided the necessary information I needed along the way to make an informed decision. She was always quick to respond and very patient. The way she worked with me throughout the process was nothing short of brilliant. I am very grateful to have had someone like her help me with such a big decision and a sometimes stressful process. Sonny A. and Mike C. helped me out once I got to the dealership. They were real down-to-earth folks. Their hospitality was nothing like I've ever experienced at a dealership before. It was genuine. While the car was being readied I had the chance to chat with them and not once did I feel like a customer speaking with sales specialists; Instead I felt like I was having a person to person conversation. They collaborated to ensure that my experience at the dealership went as smoothly as possible. Bret C. finalized the paper work and when things didn't make sense he took the time to break it down so that I understood. He was very knowledgeable and to quote him "I rather you understand the numbers now so you don't go home and wonder what happened". I've had this happen to me before and it was not a good feeling. Thank you Jennifer, Sonny, Mike, and Bret!! Do I recommend this dealership? Without a doubt. There is a synergy among the folks at Magnussen Lexus of Fremont that makes them great. The #1 reason why I keep coming back is because of Amara Ragchaa. She made my experiences very enjoyable and pleasant every time I come. She is very educated on all car models. She's very friendly and patient to work with. The 3rd car purchase was for my daughter; she wanted the IS300 ultra white with black interior. Lexus of Fremont didn't have it in stock. Amara went to ask her manager and he said they can deliver the car for us to come pick up in 3 days...she then went back to ask her boss again and they were able to get us the car delivered the next day (on a Sunday so we don't have to put up w/ bad traffic on the weekdays)! That was super amazing! She also gave us a great deal on our purchase. Amara is super friendly, she has the skills to connect with her customer, not only at a professional level, but at a personal level as well. She goes above and beyond to accommodate to her customers so that they are happy. I would highly recommend folks to come see Amara Ragchaa when they come to Magnussen Lexus of Fremont! More
