Dealer ship should hire more help for a busy weekend like this. Overall fully satisfied with Shane’s service. By the way I walked in multiple times with out appointment and found that it wasn’t easy to seek help because other sales agents were busy. It will be nice to have more folks answering questions. Suggestions: It will be a good idea to provide self service iPad or display to figure out what’s available in the lot and locate the car myself in case dealership is short handed. Alok More
