Cashiers are not always friendly, and we usually have to wait for a long time for them to bring out the car after payment and paperwork were done. More
No Responsibility to customer I take out a leased on Lexus IS 300 F Sports 2018 Recently(Sep. 11. 2018) I have been Fremont dealer for maintenance 2nd times.. But I got so so so I take out a leased on Lexus IS 300 F Sports 2018 Recently(Sep. 11. 2018) I have been Fremont dealer for maintenance 2nd times.. But I got so so so unhappy services... And I was very very disappointed.... They made scratch damage on the driver side window to the tent film peeled off.... when I complained to my service adviser, at that time unexpectedly someone was involved in on my private business. then he came to me and adviser. and then the guy and my service adviser they have whispered conversation. Suddenly the guy told me, "Next time, you don't have to get car wash." WTH is that??? It was first time ordered car wash... I don't know who made it problem.... But someone tried to dominate me.. So I was looking for service manager to complained about who made scratch damage on the driver side window to service manager. It was so obnoxious.... and also service manager listened to my happening. He gave me his business card. so I contact him next day.. The service manager sent blah blah blah..... email me.... But unfortunately that was first time and last time... After that service manager didn't responsibility until now(Oct. 02. 2018)... So now I'm not really sure if I was going to keep it IS 300 in the future.... They guys really so suck!!! More

Awesome Experience With Magnussen I needed to repair/replace brake rotors on my RX350. The steering shakes when I apply brakes on freeway with high speed, especially on downhill grades I needed to repair/replace brake rotors on my RX350. The steering shakes when I apply brakes on freeway with high speed, especially on downhill grades. Magnussen service adviser greeted me courteously and with respect. He had the rotors and brake pads replaced them with no charge on me since my car is still under warranty. Amara Ragchaa was very helpful to get this job done smoothly. More
scam place i took my car in for a re call and they stole money from my car and paint chip my car really bad. the service manager was very professional and accom i took my car in for a re call and they stole money from my car and paint chip my car really bad. the service manager was very professional and accommodating, gave me a 100$ gift card, but it was NOT worth the trouble of going out of my way to having to keep driving back and forth. they did a terrible job "repairing" the damage because he just added a polish on top which looks terrible, but he said the reason he did that because in order to really fix it theyd have to pain the whole front bumper. this is outrageous, I have already told many people to not trust this place, and I am a business owner myself with big clientele. More

Happy buying new vehicle at this dealer laning to get a new car for my wife and after talking to Yetzy on the phone,we came to the dealer few week later,we met Jimmy, he showed us explain t laning to get a new car for my wife and after talking to Yetzy on the phone,we came to the dealer few week later,we met Jimmy, he showed us explain the model which we interest in and took us to the yard to find the one we want and it is a big car lots,we found it and the processing was smooth,he help us on the good ways to financing,Danny dang help the rest of the financing process,Next day we came to pick up the vehicle because the car we want still has the plastic wrap all around that day and it had couple miles on it, Steven came out to help us to know the new things of this car and we drove home happy.Thanks all of you guys Nice to meet these people here at Magnussen Lexus More
Last Service they did not complete job On the last Service I asked them to check spare tire due to a planned drive. Note they had to enter this area because a tire rotation was due anyways On the last Service I asked them to check spare tire due to a planned drive. Note they had to enter this area because a tire rotation was due anyways and they needed to get the key lock for the wheels. Later noticed rolling clinking sound in car. Discovered technicians has not reinstalled spare tire locking bolt and just put it in the tray this was the rolling sound heard during driving. the wheel lock was also not returned to it's proper holding place. If all things are not put back in the order they came to the shop the service is incomplete. Not a happy customer. I could go on about issues with previous service appointments I would just say this service department is sloppy and does not check their work before releasing the car to customers. More
