I have read the other reviews (all negative) and I am very surprised. I have been dealing with Lexus of Glendale since 1992 and can honestly say they are an exceptional dealer in every way. I certainly would not remain a customer if my experiences were negative so it might be interesting to hear the other side of the story as it does not fit the profile of Lexus of Glendale to have unhappy customers. My son has been a customer since 99 and is thoroughly satisfied with his sales and service experiences. I also have friends who have their cars service there even though it is not the closest dealer to them. Of course you cannot please everyone but the fact they have about 175 loan cars says that a lot of people like the service there. I have talked to other Lexus owners who deal with other dealers and they, frequently, cannot get a loan car. If they run out of loan cars, they provide rental cars free to the customer, what more can you ask? More
I took my vehicle in for a service and some other issues to be looked at (took 3 days). When everything was fixed and I took my vehicle home, I noticed the back of the front seats had been ripped/torn and to be looked at (took 3 days). Upon further investigation, I found a condom in the back. The dealer had taken 3 days to fix my vehicle, and someone had obviously decided to use if after hours. I have since contacted Lexus Corporate and started legal proceedings against this dealership. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS!! More
Did not have loaner vehicle as promised, had to wait 45 minutes for rental, paid by dealer. Car was not ready as promised. The Service consultant, Rick left early and know one knew what the status of my car was. After 30 minutes a very helpful cashier Celina, discoved car was not completed and arranged for a new loaner. Loaner (not Celina's fault) had been smoked in. Rick called next day car was completed made arrangements and smelled badly for delivery in a 2 hour window that afternoon. Car not delivered on time. No invoice was provided when car delivered, 30 to 45 minutes after the delivery window Enzio, service manager did attempt to rectify situation with a 20% discount from bill and did provide an invoice by Fax and Mail. This is the second bad experience with this dealer. The 1st was my attemt to purchase my car at the lease expiration. Significat fees at Gelndale Lexus went back to Santa Monica where car was bought and had a great experience, no fees. If using Glendale Lexus, only use Arbie as a service consultant as all my experinces with him were great. More
