There was not a question he could not answer. Took as much time as I needed and I never felt like I was rusher or pressured. I like this dealership. I bought my 25 IS 350 However, I took it in for service for first time and the service advisor Anthony was rude not friendly. Like he was having a xxxxty day and was taking out on me. Not even a friendly smile. Either that or he hates his job. For my next service I’ll make sure to request someone else. Also, I thought “Free Service “ included the first oil change since I hit 5k miles and all it was, fluid check, tire check. I waited 2 hours for that.
