Ron was absolutely spectacular. It is sometimes difficult to get numbers out of him but when the pressure is on, he will make you a very aggressive deal. He is very approachable and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and will make the overall experience great for the customer! I have nothing bad to say about Ron Voloshin and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Lexus.
if you decide to go with this dealership steer clear of Justin Juliano. He is a snake in the grass and is a prime example of god giving a man 2 mouths and only 1 ear. He doesn’t Listen what so ever, and quite frankly has a sour attitude. After sitting at the dealership for almost 4 hours I stood up to walk out on a deal to correct his attitude. It had nothing to do with the mis understanding and had all to do with his attitude towards me. I shouldn’t be treated like an idiot when I am signing a 47,000 lease. After purchasing the vehicle he didn’t say goodbye or thank me he just stood from a far twisting his face in a grimace as I stood there waiting for my registration to finalize. I am assuming that he is all degree and no customer service because a manager should know how to talk to a client.
Also watch out because this dealer over charges for accessories, for instance online at Lexus.com all weather mats are listed 149.5 and the dealer here charged 295.5 so buyer beware.
