Buyer beware of Dacars Lexus of Greenwich: I recently purchased a used Lexus at their list price and test drove through the streets of Greenwich since Rt 95 was a parking lot. I delt with sales consultant Felix Gyamfi and sales manager David Miller. We agreed on some items to be addressed, and when I picked up my car on April 21, 2026 and was able to get up to highway speed, I noticed the car is pulling to the left and the car must be out of alignment and perhaps the wheels need balancing as well. I brought this to the attention of Felix immediately via a phone call, and he said he would speak to his boss, David. I have communicated via email, text and phone calls to no avail giving them the opportunity to correct, but they are ignoring me. “Crickets” This is the reason people distrust salespeople in general in the auto industry. Apparently, David is using his 26 years of experience in the auto industry to mentor his staff how to be dishonest, unresponsive and ignoring customers after the transaction has been paid in full & completed at this dealership. When I corrected the salesman, it took hours to get a response saying that the car I initially inquired about had sold. Upsetting, but such is life. Guess what? The car is back on their website today with a price increase of $1500 more. More

I have recently engaged with three different Lexus dealerships in CT in order to purchase yet another Lexus because of its quality, reliability, safety, and value. I drove just over an hour to view the number of cars I was interested in at DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich which I could have only driven 25-35 minutes to other Lexus dealers. I was met with a salesperson ( Brooke Jessup) who proved to be an absolutely phenomenal individual who is highly professional, a genuinely kind individual, a salesperson who readily knew the details of each automobile in which I was interested (which was a total of 7 cars, yessss, 7). I found my next car, and Brooke actively collaborated with management to secure a very reasonable purchase! So, if you want a Lexus: 1) no matter the distance, please consider DARCARS of Greenwich for their volume of cars; 2) Please ask for” Brooke the Man” and you will be super pleased and not at all disappointed; 3) I believe this dealership hires individuals who have a wonderful overall philosophy of honesty, being reasonable and fair, understanding and concerned for their customers, and willing to be as flexible as possible. James was one of the most straight forward salesmen I’ve dealt with in my life from the first call to the end. Was direct with negotiating the car and out the door pricing. James said he’ll take care of it and even make sure they will take care of it after the fact if there’s still issues, hopefully he’ll pick up my call when I call him, but he’s been honest from the beginning of this process.
