My RX 350 broke down while I was traveling, I needed it repaired quickly Lexus of Henderson was able to get me back on the road in two days. Thank you. BUT ! After getting home I looked up average cost t repaired quickly Lexus of Henderson was able to get me back on the road in two days. Thank you. BUT ! After getting home I looked up average cost to do the repairs my Lexus needed, Using the highest average cost, it comes to $1,350.00 parts and labor. Lexus of Henderson charged $2,151.00 and yes, I approved this charge. Did I receive good service yes, did I receive a good value with the service no. Did Lexus of Henderson take advantage of my situation, being broke down 400 miles from home? More
