The service appointment was easy to make. Mairice was my service advisor and he was professional and friendly. The actual service of my new IS went well and was quick. I was disappointed that there was no loaner available, but they did pay for an Uber to take me home. I was really disappointed with the fact that I payed for the premium service package that includes paintless dent removal. I had a door ding that had a small paint chip, but they said they could not fix it because the paint would crack more. I paid another company to do the dent repair. The other company removed the dent in 1/2 hour and there was no further paint cracking. I understood that the missing paint couldn’t be fixed by them, but I just wanted the door ding repaired. I’m questioning my decision to pay for the premium service package. More
