Sharisse, I'm sorry that you're upset but would like to share some additional information here. We advised a battery replacement due to low voltage. The check engine light was on due to a secondary issue - the neutral position switch is bad and needs to be replaced. The battery was the first recommendation and starting point to resolve the check engine light which can come on for many reasons. We have communicated this to you and are waiting for a response. While we apologize that a return visit is needed, the technician and advisor performed all steps necessary to resolve this issue. Best, Craig Kelly - Service Director - 702-228-7736
