Price of vehicle too high, Not enough discount being a sale and December to remember. Finance man tried to squeeze more money out of me. Offered an extended warranty for additional price that ran concurre sale and December to remember. Finance man tried to squeeze more money out of me. Offered an extended warranty for additional price that ran concurrent with the free warranty. He was advised of such and said "what is concurrent". I told salesperson that the vehicle has about a 2% holdback. She didn't know what that meant. The only good that came out of this was salesperson went over some tech features with me when I purchased the vehicle. Also salesperson told me she would not be at dealership on a Friday when in fact she told fellow co worker that she would be there. Salesperson was too young and not experienced enough. Over al it was not a pleasant experience. Going thru the buying service does not save money, My only concern in reference to this negative rating is some kind of retaliation on your part. If so I would take that as discrimination and prejudice towards a senior citizen and a 100% disabled veteran . More
