Simple Tire Change was Painful I received a flat tire on my drive to Vegas, near Prim. Lexus road side service was unable to change my tire due to wheel key being defected (original I received a flat tire on my drive to Vegas, near Prim. Lexus road side service was unable to change my tire due to wheel key being defected (original dealer's fault in CA). I was required to be taken to nearest Lexus Dealer, which was Henderson. Arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday, after closing and I asked to speak with dealer manager, who refused to see me. Charles at front desk did his best to try and help me but was unable to find me a spare wheel key for me to change my tire. I was forced to leave my car until Monday morning due to this. After all this wait and trouble, I came in on Monday and bought a wheel key at $27. I asked if someone could change my tire, of course they can, for $28. Not even a simple complimentary tire change after this whole ordeal. The maintenance guy then realized I was sold the wrong wheel key and had to exchange it. If I would have left with it, I wouldn't know until it was too late. Only Charles was helpful on Saturday, everyone else added more stress and pain to my visit. I never ever plan to step foot in your facility again, even if Lexus Road Side service would require it, I would rather pay to go somewhere else. More

Great experience My salesman was Chris and this was my first time buying a vehicle from a different state. I live in AZ and Chris made me feel comfortable the whole ti My salesman was Chris and this was my first time buying a vehicle from a different state. I seen the used Pilot on line and Chris went out walk the vehicle with me on the phone to tell me how it looked. When you arrive they treat you like your family i had my 4 kids with ranging in age from 13yrs to 9 months. And the whole team made us feel comfortable.
