Great dealer. Great service. Great price! I didn't have a lot of money to spend, but they had the exact used car I wanted. They offered a fair price and got me the best loan terms possible. Purchased a 2011 Lexus LX a few months back and I couldn't be happier with my SUV or the buying experience. After owning the LX for a few weeks, I took it back to the service department to get a clea couldn't be happier with my SUV or the buying experience. After owning the LX for a few weeks, I took it back to the service department to get a clear bra and have the windows tinted. The service department did a really good job and even washed it for me! All of the staff -- from the sales and finance associates to the service personnel -- are absolute professionals. I recommend this dealership to all of my friends and plan to do business with them again in the future. More

This is an awful place. I would never go back to this place or recommend anyone. I'm a first time buyer, so my agent Adam tricked me. He told me to put a down payment of $1000 to see if the bank will app place or recommend anyone. I'm a first time buyer, so my agent Adam tricked me. He told me to put a down payment of $1000 to see if the bank will approve me at 13% with my credit score of 780. I listened to him since he told me I can get the money back anytime I want to. 2 days later he called me back and tells me the bank had called back and approved me. At that moment, I know he trick me so I told him I’ll think about it first. He then tells me there is bank that offers me a 9% which is 4% lower than what he told me at first. It doesn’t shock me because I know dealer always tell you with the bigger percentage first. I still insist I don’t want the car. Here when its turn to be so ugly. The $1000 I putted down, he gave me a hard time to get it back. He would ask me to get the copy of my credit card receipt signed and give it back to them. It doesn’t make any sense because they already have the original copy. I waited and waited I still didn’t get my money back. I ended up dispute the transaction. I tried to talk to the manager but seem like no one concern about my matter. I mean how dirty can they be to the customer. I ended up I bought a car at Carmax even I know they sell the car a little more expensive the market price. More
