Worst service ever! Especially when I was asked if I bought my Lexus at the dealership. The tone and attitude changed as soon as I said no! I did buy an extended warranty and said so when making the appointment. Being treated like I am less than did not make me happy! It shouldn't matter where or whom I bought my Lexus from! Communication was horrible and I dont appreciate the bad attitude and treated less than! It's a Lexus no matter what or where I purchase plus my warranty!
