Pulled up at 0700 for my oil change appointment, Was the first person in line, there was an employee outside who was coming in and out of the building and did not acknowledge me for almost 10 mins. I did not get seen by an advisor until almost 0800 and who advised me it would be an additional hour to hour and a half of waiting. by 0915 I was finally tired of waiting and went to ask about my car and was told it was ready but no one had come to get me. Absolutely ridiculous it takes over 2 hours to change an oil especially when you’re the first one in the door. Other customers came and gone and I was still waiting. There’s just no excuse for it and also very poor customer service. I’ve had 3 lexus so far and I’ve seen the customer service go downhill unfortunately over the years. I will most likely not only start getting my oil changed elsewhere but probably will not be buying another Lexus again in the future. More
