When I made my appointment I said I did not want the advisor Tyler. He said fine. When I'm shown in to see the advisor of course it's Tyler. He starts in on ANOTHER 20000 mile check up . I said don't bother you're not going to bully me like you did last time, I just want an oil change. No car wash, nothing. Just an oil change. When I get my bill there is there is a charge of $95 for an air filter that I was not asked about or advised about. I've heard of upsell but that is ridiculous.. I won't be going back as I'm sure my record is marked as "difficult to deal with". It should say "don't upsell just to upsell". More

They provided incredible service to us when we brought our Lexus from St. George, Ut for a factory recall. They allowed us to store the car at their dealership while we took a plane to Europe. And then they took it to the airport valet so it would be waiting for us upon our return. This is the best service that we have ever experienced from a dealer!!! It saved us an extra trip from Utah and was so convenient when we arrived back to the US. More
