The service rep was very helpful and courteous. The only complaint I had was I came in from 120 miles away and had a morning appointment but the car was not looked at until after 3 pm and as a resu The only complaint I had was I came in from 120 miles away and had a morning appointment but the car was not looked at until after 3 pm and as a result was not able to be fixed until the next day. I was given a loaner but I had to make an extra trip to address a two or three hour fix when I thought the appointment should have been taken care of in one day.
