I had my IS in for the 30k mile maintenance and had 1 issue that has since been addressed. My paperwork stated tire rotation (same size tires only). It was not until I returned to work that I noticed m issue that has since been addressed. My paperwork stated tire rotation (same size tires only). It was not until I returned to work that I noticed my tires had not been rotated. I called to discuss this and was told that my tires are different sizes and thats why they were not rotated. The staff is great and really takes care of me when I do visit. It would have been nice to have been told upon pickup or dropping off for service that the tire rotation would not be done because of the different sized tires. Other than that, keep up the exceptional customer service. More

I can’t give a better rating because it’s so difficult to reach a service writer. The hold time, while listening to an annoying beeping sound, is unacceptable.
