I came in for an oil change on Tuesday, Feb. 4th, which I had an appointment for. At the time of check out and paying for my service, I was not given an inspection report. I asked the service advisor for it and he said that he was not my service advisor, that Tyler Heishman would get back to me on that. The invoice stated that I would be receiving a video report from my technician. The next day I called and left a message for Tyler asking him to please call me regarding my maintenance inspection report. I did not receive a video report and would like to have an actual print out like I've received in the past. He did not return my call, so I called again on Thursday and spoke to a service advisor, (I did not get his name) and explained to him that I wanted a print out of my car's maintenance inspection and he said he would email it to me. Still didn't get anything by Friday, so I called back once again and asked to speak to the service manager and was transferred to George Glover. I told George what happened and he emailed me my maintenance inspection report. I had to make three phone calls for a service report that my service advisor should have gone over with me before I left the dealership. Not very good customer service at this time. More
