Lexus of Henderson - Service Center

They absolutely ripped me off. This is my 8th Lexus all serviced by the Lexus of Henderson and las Vegas. I paid 345 dolllars for a 28 dollar spring. Extremely disappointed! The staff is really nice and helpful. If somebody didn’t know the answer to my question, they would go find someone that does. Only thing that really disappointed me with my last service If somebody didn’t know the answer to my question, they would go find someone that does. Only thing that really disappointed me with my last service is that I was told my car would be ready in 2 hours, which I was fine with. I had an appt an hour after that and when I asked about it at the 2 hour mark, I was told my car was going through the wash and it be ready in 10. So when there was about 20 minutes left for my next appointment I asked again because at that point I would have been late if it didn’t come in 5 minutes. Well the service rep took me to his desk so i can pay and all that and so one of the service guys walks in and says they’re barely going to wash it. I didn’t care so much that it wasn’t washed but I was lied to and almost late to my appointment. I would have preferred that they were upfront with me so I can leave on time. I figured 2-3 hours for an oil change was enough. More
