Delivered my car at appmt time of 9:20 am on Tues. Received text from Tyler at 9:50 am saying he would text with updates. When I didn't hear from him by 11:30am next day I sent text asking for status. Received text from Tyler at 9:50 am saying he would text with updates. When I didn't hear from him by 11:30am next day I sent text asking for status. He replied with a few issues that weren't urgent but overall car in good condition. I replied asking if car was ready for pickup and would like to discuss other issues at that time. He replied it was ready. When we arrived for pickup we were told Tyler was at lunch but his assistants woyld help. After about 10 minutes a guy came out and said that the engine light came on so they're checking it out. After a long wait Tyler finally came and took us to his office where he seemed to be in a rush. We had to adk about the 2 issues and 1 of them he knew little about and had to call mechanic. All in all we felt rushed and not pleased with communication. More
