Very organized and on time. Valued and respected my time, and my needs addressed in efficient ways. After dropping off my vehicle I was informed by the service specialist thank it might take more time to fix and my needs addressed in efficient ways. I had an important business meeting and it was full of hassles for me to be without a vehicle. So he went above and beyond to get me a loaner car. Very nice friendly staff. I have a couple issues about the service. I spent 2 1/2 hours there for a 50,000 maintenance service, apparently one man in that department had to leave so my stay was 45-60 min the service.
