The Good - Staff was very friendly and cordial. Car was taken in on time and the wait period was definitely acceptable. Our sales representative, Fabian, also greeted us and inquired how we were enjoying taken in on time and the wait period was definitely acceptable. The NSG (not so good) - We requested the following work be performed on our car: 1) 6-month service - this was completed. 2) Rotate tires - requested fronts crisscross to back and rears straight up. This was not originally completed. They did redo the rotation correctly the second time. 3) Requested oil change and new filter. We were told that this was not completed because it's not covered under warranty until the 12-month service. I knew it wasn't covered and that is why I requested it. I expected to be charged for it. As a side note, I am very disappointed in Lexus as far as the quality of their overall warranty, and especially the first year free service offerings (or lack thereof). I received much better first year service on our Chevrolet pickup. More

This was my first time here for service. Randythe service advisor was very friendly. I was given a loaner and picked up my car the next morning. I wouldve gave them 5 stars but I got a maintenance done only to have to come back the next business day. I was car-less a whole day because they are closed on Sundays.
