The realignment was over corrected. My car smells like cigarettes. My brakes are worse than before. The shop foreman blamed my brand new tires for the reason they couldn't originally get the alignment cor cigarettes. My brakes are worse than before. I left my garage door remote in my loaner. I asked my service rep to please locate it so I could come to pick it up. After several hours I got a text message with the picture of several different remotes service rep to please locate it so I could come to pick it up. After several hours I got a text message with the picture of several different remotes. So, my question is, why can’t my remote be located? Why couldn’t my rep go and just get my remote out of the car you guys loaned my, and call me to come pick it up? Why am I waiting from 9:00am until after 1:00pm for a callback from this Rep to let me know that he actually went to check in the car himself instead of having others check for him. I would like to have my remote back. It makes me feel unsafe in my home to think a complete stranger had all of my information and access to my home. I’m not comfortable knowing someone has access to my home. More
