I took my car in for service,bc one of the lumbar support stopped working. I called first to make sure it would be covered, the lady never called me back, I had to call 3 days later, she had no recollection stopped working. I called first to make sure it would be covered, the lady never called me back, I had to call 3 days later, she had no recollection until she found her notes . So then I went in , they told me that it could not be covered , and we had to wait from Lexus to approve it. While I was there, I told them that I also had an issue with the sunroof. They said they would have to check it first to see if it would be covered. They texted me the next day telling me that the lumbar was approved to be fixed but not the sunroof, that I had to pay $250 for it . I said just do the lumbar support. 3 or 4 days later the car was ready . The day that I was going to pick it up. I called back , and I said ... looking at my paperwork.. I don't see where it says that the sunroof will not be covered.??!? The guys said it's not , but he would email Craig to see if it will covered. My argument was, when I got my 2 yr certified , they never said somethings would not be covered, they said bumper to bumper... The guy from service was kind enough to try to explain n told me that it's a misunderstanding between the sales team n the service department.. So at the end , they fixed my lumbar support and sunroof. They did a good job. But most people would have not looked into it , and would just have paid the $250 they said at first. I'm sure by now they dislike my reviews. But these aren't favors... This is business n it's my money at the end of the day. I don't need a call back , thank you very much. More
