Jayce was very friendly & hospitable as I my vehicle was in for service on 2 dates this month! On January 8th I had an oil change that only took approximately 35 minutes. On January 15th I dropped my vehicl in for service on 2 dates this month! On January 8th I had an oil change that only took approximately 35 minutes. On January 15th I dropped my vehicle off for a inspection for a light out on a my door seal. He followed up with me in a few hours as the service team resolved my concerns. Up until this last appointment I would have given the dealership five stars. I made my appointment in advance and was scheduled for a Saturday. This was a first and a last. There was only 2 service manag dealership five stars. I made my appointment in advance and was scheduled for a Saturday. This was a first and a last. There was only 2 service managers and wait times were excessive. The place appeared to be abandoned. Several people in the waiting area complained and stated they wouldn’t come back. One lady said the service across the street at the Toyota dealership was much better. More
