By far, the most horrible experience I have had at Lexus. My LS 430 was worse than when I brought it in. I refused to leave my car until next week sometime when parts could be ordered in. No loaner. Was offered to be driven to Enterprise where I could rent a car. When leaving, I noticed my driver's side mirror mechanism was broken. This was just malicious, petty and vindictive, in my opinion. This service consultant is not a Lexus quality employee. On the other hand, the parts person, Jake, is five stars: competent, professional, and went the extra steps to ensure that I ordered a correct part. My usual service consultant, David Torello, is 5 stars. More
