Absolutely the poorest service experience. 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change on a 10,000 mile car. Not one time did anybody care or give an update. Not only will I not use Lexus of Henderson, I will neve a scheduled oil change on a 10,000 mile car. Not one time did anybody care or give an update. Not only will I not use Lexus of Henderson, I will never purchase a Lexus again because of the customer experience I’ve had the last two times I’ve been to this dealership. Yeah Lexus was known as a good product and good service. It is now just an overpriced Toyota. More
