Very little follow-up or follow thru by service writers. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Showed up for 9:20 appt. After checking in outside, service writer never showed to talk. After 40 minu They don’t return calls in a timely manner. Showed up for 9:20 appt. After checking in outside, service writer never showed to talk. After 40 minutes, went to find out why and discovered no Serv writer had been assigned. Only needed a “check-up” but didn’t get car back until 4 hours- and that was with a service appt. Have had similar instances over the years, Even after complaining to Serv writer manager. If I had an altetnative, I would go elsewhere but in Vegas, both Lexus dealerships have same owner. More
