I brought my Lexus GS 350 into Lexus of Jacksonville today with the complaint of the car not responding to the FOB. My Service Rep. was Larry Berry. It was not a problem of the FOB’s battery but the FOB today with the complaint of the car not responding to the FOB. My Service Rep. was Larry Berry. It was not a problem of the FOB’s battery but the FOB!s mechanism. After ruling out other potential causes it was recalibrated and now is working well. I have to give a sincere thank you to Larrry and the Service Dept. for recognizing and resolving the problem. I give 5 stars to all involved and the dealership for being so courteous, professional, speedy of service and friendly to me. Michael. More
