Another absolutely perfect service experience at Lexus of Jacksonville, starting with service advisor Patricia Conrad. Traveling all the way from Tallahassee, I brought in my 2022 NX350 for three recalls, th Jacksonville, starting with service advisor Patricia Conrad. Traveling all the way from Tallahassee, I brought in my 2022 NX350 for three recalls, the 5,000-mile maintenance and other services. I figured I would be there for three or four hours. Nope. Ms. Conrad and her tech had me out of there in 90 minutes, and with all service expertly performed. Also, that cafe makes the best complimentary tuna sandwiches. :) (And cooked to order breakfasts and other lunch items.) And the waiting area is large and comfortable. And the wi-fi works.
