I had a horrible experience with Lexus of Jax. Appear nice on the surface but the service department is unprofessional and unorganized. I have a Hybrid and needed battery replaced which was expect Appear nice on the surface but the service department is unprofessional and unorganized. I have a Hybrid and needed battery replaced which was expected due to high miles. They offered to finance a portion of it through this scam known as sunbit. They offered to finance $1,000 dollars and battery cost was 5800.00. They required a $390.00 on the $1000 loan. I was rushing to leave due to work obligation but after careful thought, I called them 6 hours later to inform them that I would pay the $1000.00 instead of financing as I paid the $4800.00. The salesman Zach replied that it was too late and I needed to contact the finance company. I have been a customer this dealership for years and I am devastated by such treatment. Stay as far away from this dealership and the service department as possible. I have noticed a decline in the overall business atmosphere over the last couple of years as the feel is more like that of a poor dunk used car dealership with 15-20 rusty cars for sale. More
