We were in town for the PLAYERS when our check engine went on we drove it to Lexus where we greeted by Larry Berry a service advisor who was very helpful and understanding. He was excellent very customer friendly he not only had the vehicle repaired (catalytic converter) he had us take the courtesy back to Savannah and had our NX brought back to Savannah at no cost. We are from out of town and needed a minor repair. The service team quickly and efficiently made the repair with no charge 😊. However, the valet key (that is in the key fob) was missing when the c service team quickly and efficiently made the repair with no charge 😊. However, the valet key (that is in the key fob) was missing when the car was returned to us. My husband and I were very upset about this, the technician did make a duplicate key (because we had our 2nd set with us). There is no reason for that key to have been used in the first place. I am posting this to make others aware. I have had my vehicle serviced at dealerships for years and I have never had this problem before today. More
Worthless service! After 2 trips there, leaving car once and sitting to wait the other time, the problem was not fixed but they charged me several hundred dollars. This is not her fault. It's your mechanics who are NO GOOD! Then I called a local tire repair shop and the car is fixed and it cost me $33 including tax. They also took me home and brought the car back to me for no extra charge! More

He answered all questions we had, and offered a quick test drive so that we were sure of the vehicle we were looking at. He was very straight forward throughout our visit. He never overstepped or tried to push us into anything we were not interested in. The buying process took a few hours but was laid back and comfortable. The dealership and lounge was very clean and welcoming. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Definitely in the top two buying experiences we have ever had. I highly recommend Lexus of Jacksonville and suggest you start your visit off by asking for Neil. A top notch guy that deserves your business, and won’t rush or pressure you.
