I drive a 2001 LS 430 with 237,000 mile. I picked up my car from Jacksonville on August 7th of 2019. The car would not start after a rest stop at the Maryland House on route 95 on August 9 th 2019. The defective work was repaired at Lexus of Towson. In an effort to help me get reimbursed for the work they did, the Towson general manager has agreed to verify the problem for the Jacksonville general manager and has made at least three calls to Jack Becker which were not returned. I have spoken to Mr Becker several times. He says he feels no obligation to reimburse me. I have also made two requests by email for a copy of my bill and one by voicemail from the service agent who handled my case. No response has been received for these requests either. This leaves me with the impression that The people at the Jacksonville dealership are not interested in ensuring my satisfaction. I am left with no alternative but to file complaints with Lexus Headquarters and Florida Small Claims Court. I am extremely satisfied with Lexus of Jacksonville and rate them no higher than two stars. More
